General Terms and Conditions (NL)

Onlypet

1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all quotes, orders, agreements, and deliveries from Only Pet, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Prices and payments

All prices are exclusive of VAT and other government charges, unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Delivery

Delivery takes place DAP (Delivered At Place), unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery times are indicative and not binding.

4. Retention of Title

All delivered goods remain the property of Only Pet until full payment has been received.

5. Complaints and returns

Complaints must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery. Returns will only be accepted with written permission from Only Pet.

6. Liability

Only Pet is not liable for indirect damage or consequential damage. Our liability is at all times limited to the invoice amount of the relevant delivery.

7. Force Majeure

Only Pet is not liable for delays or shortcomings caused by force majeure, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, or transport issues.

8. Applicable law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be exclusively submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
